Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Paros. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office and reservation systems.
Duties:
- Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation tasks
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records
- Coordinate with General Manager/Management team and handle incoming calls using phone system
- Assist with general clerical duties and maintain office organization
- Maintaining reservation systems (Experience with SEVENROOMS and OpenTable a plus)
Skills:
- Experience in file management
- Previous work in a restaurant setting is a plus
- Strong customer support skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to type efficiently and use basic office equipment
- Familiarity with restaurant hosting duties and reservation systems is advantageous
