Saltex is growing again and has an opening available for a full time OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR position. We are looking for an energetic individual to support our Management team. We offer stable working hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Monday to Friday. No evenings and Weekend. In this role your main responsibilities will be:
Duties include;
* Manage account payables and receivables.
* Organize day to day office operations and procedures.
* Control correspondences.
* Review and approve supply requisitions.
* Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups.
* Maintain office equipment and supplies.
* Assign and monitor clerical functions.
* Involvement in special projects specific to dept/function.
* Communicate and co-ordinate with our freight division.
* Enter and monitor bills and bill payments.
* Account collection activities.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience;
*Bright cheerful outgoing professional attitude.
*Experience with Accounts payable and receivables.
*Experience with Invoice and bill entry.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Must be self-motivated with exceptional time management.
*Must be proficient in ms office programs, specifically word and excel
*Experience in Quickbooks required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
