They are seeking a dedicated full-time
Office Administrator to manage their
Mississauga office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The office admin is the go-to person who oversees all day-to-day needs within the office.
The office admin is responsible for:
- Billing, invoicing and record-keeping
- Assisting with scheduling and dispatching
- Customer relations (answering incoming calls, professionally addressing customer inquiries and concerns)
- Inventory management (keep track of plumbing and office supplies, and order as needed)
- additional tasks as needed
The office admin is someone who has:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- proficiency in MS Office Suite and Quickbooks
- flexible and willing to complete ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Prior plumbing experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
