Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support marketing initiatives for our branches across Canada and the US. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various marketing projects and activities, contributing to the growth and outreach of our brand.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in supporting the diverse branches of our company through a wide range of marketing tasks. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing projects and activities, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Coordinating marketing projects and performing related administrative duties.
- Planning resources, establishing contacts, and coordinating schedules and assignments to ensure the production of high-quality events.
- Developing and producing marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, handouts, monthly flyers, and direct mail campaigns.
- Managing stock and replenishment of marketing resources.
- Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data for stakeholder review.
- Creating purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and managing related costs and expenses.
- Supporting and managing web content.
- Undertaking special assignments and projects related to the job scope as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1-5 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Specialist
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Organized and self-driven, with an ability to multitask and follow through effectively.
- Demonstrates excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite is a must.
- A team player with a dedicated work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for the business and product line.
Preferred Skills
- Web design experience.
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- Digital/online and social media marketing skills.
Working Conditions
- Office/desk setting.
- Occasional travel to trade shows and marketing events as required.
- Use of phone and Windows-based computer with various software programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
