Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support marketing initiatives for our branches across Canada and the US. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various marketing projects and activities, contributing to the growth and outreach of our brand.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in supporting the diverse branches of our company through a wide range of marketing tasks. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing projects and activities, including but not limited to:

Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Coordinating marketing projects and performing related administrative duties.
Planning resources, establishing contacts, and coordinating schedules and assignments to ensure the production of high-quality events.
Developing and producing marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, handouts, monthly flyers, and direct mail campaigns.
Managing stock and replenishment of marketing resources.
Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data for stakeholder review.
Creating purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and managing related costs and expenses.
Supporting and managing web content.
Undertaking special assignments and projects related to the job scope as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1-5 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Specialist
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Organized and self-driven, with an ability to multitask and follow through effectively.
Demonstrates excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Creative and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite is a must.
A team player with a dedicated work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion for the business and product line.

Preferred Skills

Web design experience.
Experience in project management or coordination.
Digital/online and social media marketing skills.

Working Conditions

Office/desk setting.
Occasional travel to trade shows and marketing events as required.
Use of phone and Windows-based computer with various software programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
