Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at LōD. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign effectiveness, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage updates and create pages using CMS such as Wordpress.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the internal team on small-scale projects.
- Develop and modify SEO strategies to enhance online presence.
- Deploy targeted email marketing campaigns and automate and manage other initiatives.
- Support and provide direction to the graphic design team.
- Plan and coordinate tradeshows and content schedules for LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Create, optimize, and monitor the effectiveness of content across various channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost awareness and engagement.
- Maintain CRM databases and prepare marketing reports.
- Design and support marketing materials such as presentations, emails, flyers, etc.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), video editing, and project management tools like Monday.com is highly desirable, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Experience with SEO, content management systems, and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles; knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a flexible working environment.
- Familiarity with the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
