Ideal Candidates will have:

Responsibilities will include:
- Developing & Modifying recipes
- Cooking all items on the menu or delegating the cooking to kitchen staff
- Sourcing/ Negotiate with suppliers continuously
- Supervising the cooking, plating, and cleaning process within the kitchen
- Supervising and training of the kitchen
- Leadership and management of our core values
- Maintaining the food cost continuously
- Ensuring that the kitchen is kept in a tidy manner in compliance with health and regulations
- Purchasing kitchen equipment, ingredients and inventory
- Educate/ Manage BOH & FOH as needed
