ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Ocean 6 Wealth Advisory in Vancouver, BC.
This person is responsible for surprising and delighting clients by making them feel welcome and well looked after every time they visit the Ocean 6 office. The Receptionist takes pride in delivering excellent customer service whether its in-person or on the phone.
Proactive and organized they keep the office well-stocked and put their hand up to support other team members when needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering a high-end, white glove service
- Receiving and screening phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, taking messages, and handling packages/couriers
- Tracking advisors' education/licensing requirements
- Invoicing & Billing
- Contributing to the company culture by planning and coordinating team-building activities and charity events
- Maintaining a well-kept office environment for staff and visitor
- Compiling monthly expense reconciliation on behalf of the executives
- Helping with client appreciation events and gifting
- Assisting with other ad hoc office and administrative duties when needed
