Overview:
Synergy Protection Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative with a strong focus for driving sales growth through both inbound and outbound strategies. The primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the security industry, particularly in the realm of security guard services and integrated security solutions.
Specific Duties
· Execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. This involves identifying key market segments, understanding customer needs, and positioning our security services effectively.
· Develop sales opportunities using a variety of different techniques which includes cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online channels to identify and engage potential clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also nurturing relationships with prospective clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their security requirements.
· Assist the Director of Client Engagement with preparing and presenting proposals to clients outlining the pricing structure.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry regulations. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas of growth.
· Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance and recruiting/HR to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
· Other duties as assigned by the Director of Client Engagement.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – What you will bring?
· Post-secondary education such as Business Administration or related field is preferred.
· Proven track record in sales with a focus on business development is preferred.
· Proficient in conducting high-volume cold calling for B2B sales/marketing.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
· Self-motivated with a strong dive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
