Job Description
Publicis Groupe Canada is looking to add a Coordinator, Learning and Development to their National Learning and Development team. The Coordinator, Learning and Development will report directly to the Manager, Learning and Development, and will be working in a fast-paced, warm environment where equal attention is paid to work and personal development. This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of agencies across Canada within the Publicis Groupe. In this role, you will be an integral part of supporting, building, and facilitating a wide variety of programs to best support our people and their ongoing development at every stage of their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all learning and development employee assistance requests.
- Partner with larger Brand Level HR teams to align learning objectives with system capabilities.
- Identify and solve for barriers to learning administration and reporting alongside Manager, Learning and Development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and partner with the learning team to bring them to life.
- Create & update supporting documentation for the learning programs
- Maintain and log learning requests from business partners to bring to the learning team.
- Maintain the archiving of previous learning programs, files, attendance, etc.
- Perform all administrative and logistical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual learning plan, leadership programs, and learning campaigns.
- Act as production support for the delivery of training programs.
- Coordinate & facilitate live, virtual, and recorded training sessions including but not limited to scheduling, tracking, and moderation.
- Create written communication and other assets to market the learning team’s initiatives.
- Support compliance and HR teams with annual required training.
- Assist in producing reports and insights for the learning and HR teams.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Learning & Development or arelated field.
- Experience creating and/or facilitating training is a strong bonus.
- Knowledge of/interest in learning techniques, learning models, and learning theories.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HR technology, specifically LMS systems, is a plus.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to deal with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organization.
- Must be good at time management and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Strong orientation toward positive customer experience.
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and analytical skills in determining which matters require immediate attention and escalation procedures.
- French is a strong asset, but not required.
