About the Role
The Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing legal and administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team in Vancouver.
Responsibilities- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments
- Performing due diligence searches including BC Online, Personal Property Registry, LTSA and ancillary searches relating to real estate transactions
- Managing and preparing documentation and correspondence, and providing logistical support for commercial and real estate transactions
- Trust account reconciliation
- Bank runs
- LTO document preparation and registration
- Handling commercial real estate and financing files from due diligence through to reporting, including assisting with: file management and organization, review and revisions of documents as required, prepare closing books, trust reconciliations, reporting letters and billing
- Strong focus on time entry, billing, and client collections at a high volume.
What You Bring- A minimum of 5+ years of Real Estate experience, ideally in Commercial Real Estate.
- An LAA diploma from a recognized institution is an asset.
Compensation aligning with experience and ranging up to $70,000 per annum.
