Job Summary
The Foodbuy Member Engagement Coordinator is responsible for proactively driving member value while supporting the account management and sales teams. This individual is a self-starter, possess great communication skills and drives customer centric solutions. This role is data driven and requires you to be very hands on with excel, detailed oriented and motivated to get the job done. This individual will confirm client GOP, distributor and contact information.
Now, If You Were To Come On Board As One Of Our Member Engagement Coordinator, We’d Ask You To Do The Following For Us
- Arrange welcome calls with our independent street accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with the Foodbuy support teams to ensure thorough and smooth implementation and integration of all new Foodbuy programs.
- Confirm and maintain member information including contact phone numbers, emails addresses, mailing addresses, distributor information, and HST numbers.
- Confirm contract exclusions.
- Log client engagement and leads in CRM.
- Work in collaboration with Channel Directors to identify priority call accounts and follow up action.
- Complete Member follow up calls as required.
- Provide Member portal support.
- Remain current on program changes that could lead to new value creation opportunities.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned.

- 1+ years’ customer service experience
- 1+ years’ experience in Hospitality or Food service industry.
- Post-secondary education, degree or diploma, in a business-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Teams.
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship building skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking ability as well as proven time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
