About The Role
- THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE***
Our team is looking for a versatile Temp Technical Copywriter who will support our online retail asap. This Temp Technical Copywriter will work with an ACD Copy, UX and UI Lead to provide technical copywriting and light proofreading for content going on the client website.
Responsibilities
- Has worked on multiple platform projects as a technical copywriter for materials such as case studies, brochures, website copy, and product guides for technical industries (we will be receiving first drafts of copy from clients, technical copywriter will need to do light proofreading for certain materials, suggest copy based on the content of the page, make case studies more market friendly and make playbooks more understandable for non-Amazonian audiences)
- Editing/proofing experience (we proofread existing content/materials the client sends us and provide suggestions).
- Very experienced collaborating with UX and UI designers (we´ll be working hand in hand with design).
- Ability to do conceptual work and detailed executional work in a timely manner. This is a time-sensitive project with fast approaching deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and being client-facing, although ACD (Copy) will be responsible for the majority of client communication.
- Has a portfolio of work to show, or writing references or a leads appreciation on the talent.
- Iterative spirit, needs to be flexible, active communication skills between multiple teams
The Essentials
- Very comfortable in Figma.
- Previously worked in the sustainability realm
- Content strategy experience.
- Experience developing verbal identities.
- Familiarity with JIRA

What We Offer
Media.Monks has provided an hourly rate that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The rate offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
