Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Marathon Surfaces. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including providing administrative assistance, maintaining phone etiquette, communicating with team members and clients, and providing executive administrative assistance. This role is primarily located in Vancouver, BC, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and maintaining professional communication
- Clerical skills, including organization and record-keeping
- Experience with office software and tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant educational background or certification in office administration or related field
