Role Overview
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to become a champion for our diverse client base across all social media platforms. You'll develop strategies, craft engaging content, and manage campaigns to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the social media maestro for our esteemed client roster, managing accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Partner with clients to understand their unique goals and target audiences.
- Develop and execute winning social media strategies that align with each client's brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with our talented team (design, video, copywriting) to create high-impact content that resonates with specific audiences on each platform.
- Craft compelling narratives that educate, entertain, and spark conversation for our clients' brands.
- Leverage your expertise with Canva (or similar) to design eye-catching visuals for social media.
- Foster strong communities through daily engagement across all platforms, turning followers into brand advocates.
- Manage social media campaigns, meticulously tracking performance metrics.
- Analyze data and report on ROI, demonstrating the impact of your social media strategies on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Continuously stay updated on the latest B2B and B2C social media trends, proposing and implementing emerging best practices for our clients.
- Explore new platforms and tools to maximize social media reach and engagement.

Salary range: $45,000-$60,000
