Position Highlights
Finance System Services is looking for a talented, analytical and highly motivated individual to join the Finance Team as a Finance Operations Analyst in North Vancouver. This team provides technical andanalytical support to users of finance related systems/transformation projects and helps resolve operationalissues. In this role, you will analyze and resolve operational issues of finance-related systems, diagnose anddetermine possible alternatives to systems problems, and develop and execute test plans to ensure systemaccuracy. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work toward multiple deadlines and have a strongexpertise in the design of improved Operational methods to meet the business requirements of the FinanceDivision.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in Financial Systems and IT providing operational support specifically in SAP Financemodules is required
- Experience with PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter and Integration with SAP is required
- Proficiency in business analysis ranging from identifying business rules through to implementation ispreferred
- Knowledge of basic Accounting principles is an asset
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Intermediate experience with Excel and MS Access
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Critical thinking and an eye for detail
- Ability to work towards multiple deadlines
- Able to work independently and is a self-starter

Work Arrangements Defined
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia. .
