Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at St. George's Golf and Country Club. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for daily food preparation, cooking, and execution of menu items. They will collaborate with the culinary team to create and develop new dishes and ensure high-quality standards are met. The Chef De Partie will also assist in inventory management, ensuring freshness and proper storage of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications

Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Experience in a professional kitchen environment
Knowledge of culinary techniques and ability to execute recipes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Culinary certification or diploma is preferred
