We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Team Leadership: Supervise and provide direction to construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Quality Control: Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that projects meet or exceed standards and specifications.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, including delays, material shortages, and design changes.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and management.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, work orders, and change orders.
Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge of construction techniques.
Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and work to minimize costs while maximizing efficiency and quality.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Additional certifications or training in construction management or a related field are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00-$36.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
