Our Healthcare lead generation agency is rapidly growing and we need a part-time Sales Representative to join our team! This is a remote position, and you will be required to work Monday - Friday, EST hours, starting with 4 hours per day. We're ramping up aggressively, and realistically this could turn into full-time within 2 months.

This role is focused on lead management. Our leads consist of American Males between the ages 35 - 50. They are seeking TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), and they are travelling from the U.S. to Colombia to receive this treatment.

We connect them to the best doctors.

Our leads are considered warm leads or hot leads. They are finding us on Google, and then go to our website - which is highly converting. They are typically ready for the treatment, but they require education and their blood work completed in order for us to be able to connect the lead to one of our doctors. Because of this, the sales cycle per lead can range from 3 days - 3 weeks depending on lead's blood work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Call the leads for their scheduled appointments via WhatsApp Audio
Respond to leads directly on WhatsApp
Respond to leads by Gmail
Educate the leads about our process, our treatments & doctors
Connect the leads to our doctor partners and oversee the transaction from start to finish
You will need to manage your pipelines in our CRM
Create touch points with your leads
Provide impeccable lead and client service
Follow up with leads you have not converted, and initiate different sales tactics to convert them
Follow up with the leads for testimonials
Collaborate with different departments of our business and different partner types from our doctor network
You must be extremely dependable and quick with your responses. “Speed To Lead”

OBJECTIVE:

Qualify the leads that you receive.
Connect the lead with one of our clinical laboratories and or doctor partners.
Oversee the transaction.

PAY:

$1200 - $2000 CAD / Month (Starting)
Plus Commissions for Specific Candidates.
