DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
Answer questions about beverages, wine and other barfunctions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style when necessary
Be responsive and helpful regarding off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
Ring in orders accurately, adding modifiers where needed
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years minimum experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends
A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with acute attention to detail
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Ability to carry and lift up to 25-40lb
