In this position, you'll play a crucial role in the coordination of the day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting to the Director, Operations & Ontario Region

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Set up and coordinate internal meetings and assist in the coordination of meetings and events for councils and committees

· Overseeing office supplies and equipment

· Take charge of general office administration duties (telephone reception, mail distribution, courier shipments, data entry)

· Provide support for web and social media posts

· Provide support/backup in setting up events in our Your Membership Database

· Support our regions by serving as a backup resource to the Region Coordinators

· Other general duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Post Secondary Education and 2-3 years experience is an asset

· Demonstrated experience in office coordination activities and administrative support;

· Excellent phone manner and polished presence

· Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a growth mindset and curiosity and creativity for best practices.

· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently and meticulous attention to detail.

· Advanced computer literacy and experience with MS office;

· Experience with posting on social media and web platforms

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to multitask and work within a changing environment;

· Self motivated and willing to take initiative using good judgement in appropriate circumstances.

CIPH will offer:

· Salary $50,000 - $55,000

· 35-hour work week
