We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Duties

Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and assist in developing strategies.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
Support outside sales representatives by preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
Participate in negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
Collaborate with technical sales teams to understand product specifications and communicate effectively with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads as necessary.

Skills

Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
Ability to analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Experience in outside or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
