Summary

As the Inventory Control Analyst, you will be primarily responsible to drive the Inventory accuracy across the entire Frozen business network. This would entail developing and preparing report, coordinating with multiple stake holders and driving execution, either directly or with support from other Team Members at various locations to ensure Inventory Accuracy

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and Issue Daily / Weekly / Periodic Inventory reports, like Inventory Position, status or On Hold or Expired stock etc, from SAP
Perform a periodic reconciliation of the Inventory discrepancies between 3PL & SAP to Identify the discrepancies & make adjust the inventories and tracking Inventory movements as required
Identify Root causes, driving the inventory variances and drive process improvements to minimize the inventory discrepancies & Inventory leakage
Work with Various stake holders for example 3PL, Plant & DC’s to physically dispose off un usable / Saleable Inventory in a timely manner, make adjustments in SAP to reconcile the inventory
Maintain filing of Certificates of Destructions for all location in an organized manner
Drive process towards overall reduction of any inventory, requiring disposal / destruction
Any other inventory corrections required in all systems (Both 3PL vs SAP) and finding root causes to ensure New issues do not crop up again
Be able to cater to any Adhoc Inventory queries and request on a short turn around notice
Ensure that agreed Inventory related processes are followed across the network, including Quality / On Hold Inventory
Provide with Support in the Cycle & Year End Count processes including On Ground support
Identify Errors in EDI transmissions and work towards reducing the errors with various teams
Work with the Supply Chain OPEX team to continuously improve the Inventory control processes

Required Experience

Graduate from a University or College degree in Supply Chain or Accounting / Finance
Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint
Experience with SAP is considered an asset
Strong Inventory control & financial acumen and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills and is required to work with multiple cross functional business partners
Advocate for continuous process improvement and process optimization
Ability to work under tight deadlines with an ability manage multiple competing priorities and be flexible and resilient
